One of my friends bought me this painting two weeks ago in a prophetic conference. I wasn't feeling at my best at all, but since my heart is on the prophetic, I really wanted to attend this conference.

At the end of the service  everyone was buying one & all I could think about was about how terrible I was feeling but, yet I wanted one so bad. When my friend took the time, the initiative to get me one my heart was overwhelmed.

The picture reflected exactly how I was feeling.
That's what the prophetic does & is.
The ruah (wind-breath) of God searching, working wildly and making his way quietly , bringing life & accomplishing the purposes of God.
where you don't even find the words to even describe what you are feeling, God comes to tell you exactly how you are feeling and takes you exactly where you should be.

It has felt as if my life has always been full obstacles, rocky mountains never really a plane path.
it's funny, because when I ran cross country in high school & in college I loved the rocky paths.

There are times where you feel like these climbing is too hard

Where you feel like you cant climb this mountain, you tell yourself, I'll never make it.
I don't have the strength or the energy or the willpower for the journey that mountain is unclimbable
but, the truth?

to climb mountains, sometimes all you need is to stand.
at the base of a problem that looks that is unsurmountable
but, the mountain was too high

Sometimes they are higher than we ever could have imagined.
It’s easy to become overwhelmed & to take our focus off of Him.

"He said to me, “Son of man, stand up on your feet and I will speak to you.”  As he spoke, the Spirit came into me and raised me to my feet, and I heard him speaking to me" (Ezekiel 2:1)
It is his spirit that makes us stand up to our feet, the same spirit that ravishes us into listening to Him and want to make us want to be part of his working.

In the darkest of hours, He teaches us to rest on His promises.

And when we can’t fight—when we’re weary and we’ve lost our foothold on that mountain path—we are simply to stand.

Stand against the schemes of the enemy.

whatever obstacles arise with his hand, ready to pull you up
stand firm on the Word of God
stand firm on faith, with -our feet
READY

& let God take our steps for us.
