It’s so easy to think
about ourselves and our experiences of this rock hurtling around this giant
ball burning gasses going around million miles an hour as normal.
We are just
used to it.
We are used to have eyes that can see.
Fingers that can move each
independently of each other.
We are used to breathing air into lungs and having
hearts that beat in our chest, and we forget how marvelous and insane is life as
a human being is.
A human body can be seen from any number of perspectives
procosmic scale we are invisible and from microscopic we are giants.
It’s
strange to live in this human body.
Its strange to have feelings and even to speak about them.
However vulnerability is the beauty of being a human being it's this vulnerability that connects you with other human beings.
There are times when I feel all of these feelings overwhelming me, it's like they cramp up in my heart, chucking the life out of me. & sometimes they have the power to shut me down from being a human & being able to relate or connect with others.
It's strange how one person missing from your life can affect so much your way of living life.
That person to me is my dad.
Honestly, All i wanted in my 22nd birthday was a hug from Him.
unspoken pain.
Today I can feel the tension of being vulnerable, the paranoia drain out of me. & once Ive felt this overwhelming pain, Im drawn to Him &
I ask God to let me borrow his feelings- one more time.
I want divine feelings so I can be revived and live once again.
Only Him knows our rough edges that sometimes cripples us from being a human being & all those hurts inside better than anyone else, better than we ever will.
This is the God who generously pours out his love & never runs out.
who is defined by compassion & speaks in grace & walked the walk- the way to the cross & down into the dark tomb & out into the light-
with access to that kind of love my own tired heart can be resurrected & keep opening up and I can borrow his feelings over & over.
I want my growing pains to speak of His glory.

Finding God everywhere
the love
the beauty
the grace.
And I dream too much
and I don’t write enough
and I’m trying to find God everywhere.
& I’ve learned that finding him everywhere is a way to figure
it out how to live more effectively in this body.
I have learned to live in wonder, beauty, pain& to live life inspired.
To notice details from nature, colors forms & faces.
That in all
of that there is God to see, a living God in this human body.
