Chisels of the potter

Writing is a part of me- it's healing. Even if it doesn't make sense, I make sure to write it down. 

I've been writing every single day.

now I write not only for healing but because reflecting back on the joys and the pains reminds me of my Maker's hands, 

who already had these stories written long before my hands ever came. 

Im a naturally what you can call an "extrovert" when it comes to speaking  spanish, It comes easy to me because it reminds me of my home.

Where I grew up, it reminds me of how my family speaks, the people I love the most. It reminds me  of where growing up I attached myself and made me who I am today.

I am unnaturally an extrovert when it comes to making friends speaking english because As a 13 year old who was learning a new language was uncomfortable to be ashamed of practicing it. I was shy that I couldn't understand it. I was ashamed of laughing at the jokes that I couldn't understand, but  would laugh at them anyway. The frustration of understanding my classes or read what I wanted to learn.

I became so uncomfortable that I could only bring out my frustration by crying.
& that is why I felt like I couldn't make friends speaking english,  because it has taken me a long while to get over those panic emotions in trying to think of every word before I speak it.  Where I had to use another language, get another words to explain myself.
To fit into an atmosphere where it was so different to the one I was used to.


Speaking in english is something affected in every part of who I was becoming to the point of making friendship.

& with the broken person that I am, Its still hard for me to be an extrovert to quickly trust someone to fully open myself into who I really am.

because I know that I can so easily detach from someone & its difficult for me to attach.

Throughout, my life has been hard to keep up meaningful friends, In the midst of all my brokeness it has been hard to care for another person, to give out compassion when I dont have even for myself.
I remember as I was a baby Christian I once gave a devotional saying "your relationship with God is the most important relationship in your life" however, I couldn't really grasp what I was saying until God decided for me to fully experience it.

In the past year, I learned that the reconciliation God brought for us through Jesus to have peace with him- & no longer be enemies. This peace brings reconciliation with us through Jesus blood.
This sacrifice brings grace & through this grace we can have a beautiful friendship with the one who made us.

This grace enables us to have reconciliation not only with God but with others.

As the broken messed up person that I am- I know that I
 Cant give out compassion
that only through God literally passing this love in me is where I find myself whole
whole to give out compassion & care for my friends.
I believe God chooses specifc chisels to make you better and breath you life in, to build you up

These are some of the Amazing human beings that my creator has used as a special chisel to shape me into who he wants me to be.

Women, I urge you.
Be stronger.
Dress stronger.
Speak stronger.
Be women of honor and integrity.
Be women of purity and discernment.
Be women of discipline and power.
Know who you are, and walk around with a flaming self-respect.
Walk around with a spirit that's on fire, with eyes that see into the hearts of people.
Because you are a daughter of the One who made the heavens and the earth, the oceans and the mountains.
And He delights in you.

You've been like my Paul and I am like a Timothy! You've seen me grow in every area. God knew I needed someone like you & I am so grateful He took you through those hard roads so you can coach me into them. I am everyday grateful for the vessel God shaped you to be. You've impacted so many people and God has changed so many lives through you.
This is a woman who inspires me to live and to love the way that I do.
And I'm better for knowing her.

Thank you for being a mom in my adulating stage, oh you're so beautiful! I can't wait for everything you will do for God's Kingdom! Ive grown with you in every way, we've cried together because of how tough it is but we've built each other up, we've wrestled with God but we have never gave up. I am so thankful that I got to walk in my journey next to you. You are a beautiful woman worth to admire not only for your beauty outside but as well as your inside. Love you.
